Stuffed Fish in Chettinad Curry


•  Chettinad (300 gm)

•  Bowl Curry Spice Mix

•  Fish of choice (400 gm)

•  Chopped Fish (30 gm)

•  Onion (20 gm)

•  Garlic (10 gm)

•  Eggs (2 pc)

• Oil (1 spoon)


•  Chop onion, garlic, and add chopped fish and mix with eggs

•  Stuff the mix inside the fish and steam it

•  Take the fish out in a pan and cut it according to your preference

•  Add Chettinad, and spice mix according to taste and simmer the dish for 5 mins

• Salt to taste
