Return Window & Eligibility
Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, or is defective.
Return will be processed only if it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;the product is not different from what was shipped to you;the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered via any of our websites.Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

This item is non-returnable due to the consumable/hygiene/wellness nature of the product.However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different items delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.Additionally, we may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Food Service Equipment [10 Days Returnable]
This item is eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.You can also return the product within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Health & Safety Products [Non Returnable]
This item is non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness nature of the product.However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different items delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
You do not require additional information to return an eligible order, unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy.
Cancellation & Refund
In any case, if you choose to cancel your order; please note that orders whose shipping manifest has been created and/or are ready for pickup by our delivery partner[s] cannot be cancelled.Refunds for orders shall be processed via our payment partners and the refund times may vary by the mode or method of payment chosen when placing the order.Please note; we do not provide coupons, or credit to our customers for cancelled orders or transfer the same to other customer accounts or names or any additional orders.
We accept all cancellations made before the cut-off time of our shipping slot (3 hours). Please reach out to our customer services for cancellation requests and refunds.
We refund all payments made for orders placed as a store credit, which can be used by customers for future purchases. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be denied access from the use of the site or purchase of products in the future.
