Shahi Recipes
Shahi Paneer
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Paneer (250 gm )
- Fresh coriander
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, add Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, and heat
- Add diced paneer and simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Malai Kofta
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Chenna (150 gm)
- Raisins (20 gm)
- Cashew Nut (20 gm)
- Ginger (10 gm)
- Green chilli (10 gm)
- ½ spoon Corn flour powder
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Clotted cream (20 gm)
- Oil (1 kg)
- Cream
- Coriander
Preparation
- In a bowl, add grated chenna, corn flour powder, white pepper, salt and make a dough, and let it sit for 30 mins
- Make balls of the dough, and stuff it with a mix of raisins, cashew nuts, chopped ginger, green chilli and a pinch of salt
- Fry it in hot oil
- In a pan, heat the Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, and add the kofta to the mix. Add half a cup of water and let it boil for 10 mins.
- Finish with clotted cream, cream, fresh chopped coriander, and salt to taste
Shahi Korma
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Carrots (50 gm)
- French Beans (50 gm)
- Cauliflower (50 gm)
- Green peppers (50 gm)
- Paneer (50 gm)
- Potatoes (50 gm)
- Fresh coriander
- Saffron
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, add Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste and boiled vegetables (finger cut)
- Simmer for 5 mins with saffron
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Guchi Ki Sabji
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Morels (100 gm)
- Cottage cheese (50 gm)
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Saffron
- Cream
Preparation
- Boil morels with salt, and then wash it multiple times
- In a pan, saute morels in oil
- Mash cottage cheese with salt and white pepper and stuff it in the morels
- In a pan, add Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, add saffron and heat
- Add the stuffed morels and simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with cream and salt to taste
Shahi Corn
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- American corn (150 gm)
- Cherry tomatoes (50 gm)
- Coloured peppers (50 gm)
- Baby corn (100 gm)
- Fresh coriander
- Saffron
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, add Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste and vegetables (finger cut)
- Simmer for 5 mins with saffron
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Dry Fruits Ki Sabji
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Tal Makhana (30 gm)
- Cashew nuts (30 gm)
- Almonds (30 gm)
- Paneer (150 gm)
- Pista (20 gm)
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Saffron
Preparation
- In a pan, sauté the dry fruits in oil
- Add the Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste to the mix and simmer for 5 mins with saffron
- Finish with cream and salt to taste
Chicken Resala
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Chicken (350 gm)
- Onion (50 gm)
- Garlic (10 gm)
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, heat oil, sauté onions and garlic, add diced chicken and stir fry the mix
- Once done, add water and let the chicken boil
- Add the Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste to the pan
- Simmer for 5 mins, finish with cream and salt to taste
Prawn Malai Curry
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- King Prawns (300 gm)
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Coconut milk (50 ml)
Preparation
- In a pan, heat oil and stir fry the prawns till golden
- Add Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, coconut milk and simmer the mix for 5 mins
- Finish with cream and salt to taste
Stuffed Fish in Shahi Curry
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Fish of choice (450 gm)
- Shrimp (50 gm)
- Eggs (2 pc)
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Cream
Preparation
- Chop onion, garlic, shrimp, and mix with eggs
- Stuff the mix inside the fish and steam it
- Take the fish out in a pan and cut it according to your preference
- Add Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste and simmer the dish for 5 mins
- Finish with cream and salt to taste
Shahi Gosht
Ingredients
- Shahi Curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Mutton (350 gm)
- Onions (50 gm)
- Garlic (10 gm)
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, heat oil and sautee the chopped onions and garlic
- Add the mutton and cook it
- Add the Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste to the pan
- Simmer for 5 mins, finish with cream and salt to taste
