Sanger Ka Saag

Ingredients

•  Dahi curry (300 gm)

•  Sanger (100 gm)

•  Keriya (30 gm)

•  Whole Amchur (30 gm)

•  Jaipuri Mirchi (20 gm)

• ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

Preparation

•  Soak Sanger, keriya, whole amchur and Jaipuri mirchi with turmeric powder over night

•  Boil the ingredients with a pinch of salt

•  Wash the ingredients thoroughly and add to the Dahi Curry in a pan.

• Simmer for 10 mins and finish with salt to taste
