Ingredients

•  Dahi curry (300 gm)

•  Bowl Curry Spice Mix

•  Oil (1 Kg)

•  Besan (50 + 20 gm)

•  Arbi Leaves (1 kg)

•  Curd (100 gm)

•  Tamarind (10 gm)

•  Baking Soda (¼ teaspoon)

•  Half a lemon

• Coriander

Preparation

•  Make a dough for gate with besan, curd, half of the Bowl Curry Spice Mix let it sit for 30 mins

•  Roll it out and make small round balls

•  Fry the gatte in hot oil

•  Make a thick paste with besan, remaining Bowl Curry Spice Mix , soaked tamarind water, and wrap around the arbi leaves.

•  Roll the arbi leaves and tie it with a string and steam it

•  In a pan, heat the Dahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, and add the gatte and cut arbi leaves to the mix. Add water and let it boil for 10 mins.

• Finish with fresh chopped coriander, lemon and salt to taste
