Papad Mangori


•  Dahi curry (300 gm)

•  Mangori (100 gm)

•  Papad (5 pcs)

• Oil (1 spoon)


•  Stir fry mangori in oil for 5 mins, add water and let it boil

•  Roast papad, and break it in big pieces

•  Add Dahi Curry to the pan with mangori and add the broken papad to it

• Simmer the mix for 10 mins, finish with salt to taste
