Paneer Tikka Butter Masala

Ingredients

•  Makhani curry (300 gm)

•  Bowl Curry Spice Mix

•  Tandoori Marinade (200 gm)

•  Paneer (250 kg)

•  Onion (50 gm)

•  Green Peppers (50 gm)

•  Fresh coriander 

• Cream

Preparation

•  Marinate Paneer, onions and green peppers with the tandoori marinade

•  Roast the vegetables in an oven/ tandoor

•  In a pan, add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste  and vegetables 

•  Simmer for 5 mins

• Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
