Methi Dahi Murg

Ingredients

•  Dahi curry (300 gm)

•  Chicken (350 gm)

•  Oil (1 spoon)

• Kasturi Methi (1 teaspoon)

Preparation

•  In a pan, heat oil, add diced chicken and stir fry the mix

•  Once done, add just enough water and let the chicken boil

•  Add Kasturi methi once the chicken is done, and add Dahi Curry

• Simmer for 5 mins, salt to taste
