Masala Prawn

Ingredients

•  Chettinad (300 gm)

•  Bowl Curry Spice Mix

•  King Prawns (300 gm)

•  Oil (1 spoon)

• Coconut milk (50 ml)

Preparation

•  In a pan, heat oil and stir fry the prawns till golden

•  Add Chettinad, and spice mix according to taste, coconut milk and simmer the mix for 5 mins

• Salt to taste
