Malai Kofta

Ingredients

•  Shahi Curry (300 gm)

•  Bowl Curry Spice Mix

•  Chenna (150 gm)

•  Raisins (20 gm)

•  Cashew Nut (20 gm)

•  Ginger (10 gm)

•  Green chilli (10 gm)

•  ½ spoon Corn flour powder

•  ¼ teaspoon white pepper

•  ¼ teaspoon salt

•  Clotted cream (20 gm)

•  Oil (1 kg)

•  Cream 

• Coriander

Preparation

•  In a bowl, add grated chenna, corn flour powder, white pepper, salt and make a dough, and let it sit for 30 mins

•  Make balls of the dough, and stuff it with a mix of raisins, cashew nuts, chopped ginger, green chilli and a pinch of salt

•  Fry it in hot oil

•  In a pan, heat the Shahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, and add the kofta to the mix. Add half a cup of water and let it boil for 10 mins.

• Finish with clotted cream, cream, fresh chopped coriander, and salt to taste
