Butter Paneer
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Paneer (250 gm)
- Fresh coriander
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste , and heat
- Add diced paneer and simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Dewani Handi
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Carrots (50 gm)
- French Beans (50 gm)
- Cauliflower (50 gm)
- Green peppers (50 gm)
- Green peas (50 gm)
- Potatoes (50 gm)
- Fresh coriander

Preparation
- In a pan, add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste and the boiled vegetables (finger cut)
- Simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste

Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Cauliflower (450 gm)
- Fresh coriander
- Cream
Preparation
- Steam cauliflowers
- In a pan, add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste , cauliflowers and simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Masala Makhani Muttar Mushroom
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Button mushroom (250 gm)
- Green peas (100 gm)
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Fresh coriander
- Cream
Preparation
- Stir fry mushroom and green peas in oil
- Add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste , to the mix and simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Paneer Lababdar
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Onions (50 gm)
- Green Bell Peppers (50 gm)
- Oil (1 teaspoon)
- Fresh coriander
- Cream
Preparation
- Stir fry onions and green bell peppers in oil
- Add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste, to the mix and simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Nargis Kofta
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Cottage cheese (100 gm)
- Carrots (50 gm)
- French beans (30 gm)
- Green peppers (50 gm)
- Cauliflower (50 gm)
- Oil (1 kg)
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Amchur powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 spoon cornflour powder
- Half a lemon
- Cream
Preparation
- Fine chop all the vegetables and sprinkle a pinch of salt over it. After 5 mins squeeze the water out
- In a bowl, add the chopped vegetables, grated cottage cheese, corn four powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, lemon and make a dough, and let it sit for 30 mins
- Make balls of the dough, and fry it in hot oil
- In a pan, heat the Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste, and add the kofta to the mix. Add around 100 ml of water and let it boil for 10 mins.
Corn Makhani
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- American corn (200 gm)
- Mixed peppers (100 gm)
- Cherry tomatoes (50 gm)
- Fresh coriander
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste and vegetables
- Simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Paneer Tikka Butter Masala
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Tandoori Marinade (200 gm)
- Paneer (250 kg)
- Onion (50 gm)
- Green Peppers (50 gm)
- Fresh coriander
- Cream
Preparation
- Marinate Paneer, onions and green peppers with the tandoori marinade
- Roast the vegetables in an oven/ tandoor
- In a pan, add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste and vegetables
- Simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Chicken Butter Masala
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Chicken (350 gm)
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, heat oil, add diced chicken and stir fry the mix
- Once done, add half a cup of water and let the chicken boil
- Add the Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste to the pan
- Simmer for 5 mins, finish with cream and salt to taste
Chicken Tikka Butter Masala
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Tandoori Marinade (100 gm)
- Chicken (350 kg)
- Fresh coriander
- Cream
Preparation
- Marinate chicken with the tandoori marinade
- Roast the chicken in an oven/ tandoor
- In a pan, add Makhani curry, spice mix according to taste and chicken tikka
- Simmer for 5 mins
- Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
Keema Mutton
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- Bowl Curry Spice Mix
- Minced Mutton (300 gm)
- Onions (30 gm)
- Garlic (a few cloves)
- 2 pieces of green chilli
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon saunth powder
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, heat oil and sautee the chopped onions, garlic and green chillies
- Add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, saunth powder and a pinch of salt to the mix
- Add the minced mutton and cook it
- Add the Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste to the pan
- Simmer for 5 mins, finish with cream and salt to taste
Prawn Makhani
Ingredients
- Makhani curry (300 gm)
- King Prawns (300 gm)
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Coconut milk (50 ml)
Preparation
- In a pan, heat oil and stir fry the prawns till golden
- Add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste, coconut milk and simmer the mix for 5 mins
- Finish with cream and salt to taste
Fish Makhani

- Fish of choice (300 gm)
- Oil (1 spoon)

Preparation
- In a pan, heat oil and stir fry the fish
- Add Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste and simmer the mix for 5 mins
- Finish with cream and salt to taste

- Minced beef (300 gm)
- Onions (50 gm)
- Garlic (10 gm)
- 2 pieces of green chilli
- Oil
- Cream
Preparation
- In a pan, heat oil and sautee the chopped onions, garlic and green chillies
- Add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, saunth powder and a pinch of salt to the mix
- Add the minced beef and cook it
- Add the Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste to the pan
- Simmer for 5 mins, finish with cream and salt to taste

- Steam the crabs
- Add the Makhani curry, and spice mix according to taste to the pan with the crabs
