Kadhai Paneer


•  Rogan Josh (300 gm)

•  Bowl Curry Spice mix

•  Paneer (250 gm)

•  Green Peppers (100 gm)

•  Oil (1 teaspoon)

•  Fresh coriander 

• Cream


•  In a pan, heat oil and sauté green peppers

•  Add Rogan Josh, and spice mix according to taste, and heat

•  Add diced paneer and simmer for 5 mins

• Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
