Dahi Zafrani Paneer

Ingredients

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Bowl Curry Spice Mix
  • Saffron 
  • Paneer (250 gm)
  • Fresh coriander 
  • Cream 

Preparation 

  • In a pan, add Dahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, cardamom powder, Saffron and heat the mix
  • Add diced paneer and simmer for 5 mins
  • Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste

 Jodhpuri Gatte ki Sabji

Ingredients

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Bowl Curry Spice Mix
  • Oil (1 Kg)
  • Besan (20 gm)
  • Curd (100 gm)
  • Baking Soda (¼ teaspoon)
  • Coriander 

 Preparation

  • Make a dough with besan, sieved curd, baking soda and bowl curry spice mix and water, let it sit for 10 mins
  • Roll it out and make cylindricals shaped gatte
  • Fry the gatte in hot oil
  • In a pan, heat the Dahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, and add the gatte to the mix. Add water and let it boil for 10 mins.
  • Finish with fresh chopped coriander and salt to taste

 Patra Muthia

Ingredients 

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Bowl Curry Spice Mix
  • Oil (1 Kg)
  • Besan (50 + 20 gm)
  • Arbi Leaves (1 kg)
  • Curd (100 gm)
  • Tamarind (10 gm)
  • Baking Soda (¼ teaspoon)
  • Half a lemon
  • Coriander 

 Preparation

  • Make a dough for gate with besan, curd, half of the Bowl Curry Spice Mix let it sit for 30 mins
  • Roll it out and make small round balls
  • Fry the gatte in hot oil
  • Make a thick paste with besan, remaining Bowl Curry Spice Mix , soaked tamarind water, and wrap around the arbi leaves.
  • Roll the arbi leaves and tie it with a string and steam it
  • In a pan, heat the Dahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, and add the gatte and cut arbi leaves to the mix. Add water and let it boil for 10 mins.
  • Finish with fresh chopped coriander, lemon and salt to taste

 Corn Kofta 

Ingredients

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Bowl Curry Spice Mix
  • Corn (200 gm)
  • Corn flour powder (20 gm)
  • Half a lemon
  • Oil (1 kg)
  • Cream 
  • Coriander  

Preparation 

  • In a bowl, add mashed corn, corn four powder, bowl curry spice mix and make a dough, and let it sit for 30 mins
  • Make balls of the dough, and fry it in hot oil
  • In a pan, heat the Dahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste, and add the kofta to the mix. Add water and let it boil for 10 mins.
  • Finish with cream, fresh chopped coriander, and salt to taste 

Sanger ka saag 

Ingredients 

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Sanger (100 gm)
  • Keriya (30 gm)
  • Whole Amchur (30 gm)
  • Jaipuri Mirchi (20 gm)
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

Preparation

  • Soak Sanger, keriya, whole amchur and Jaipuri mirchi with turmeric powder over night
  • Boil the ingredients with a pinch of salt
  • Wash the ingredients thoroughly and add to the Dahi Curry in a pan.
  • Simmer for 10 mins and finish with salt to taste

 Papad Mangori

 Ingredients 

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Mangori (100 gm)
  • Papad (5 pcs)
  • Oil (1 spoon) 

Preparation 

  • Stir fry mangori in oil for 5 mins, add water and let it boil
  • Roast papad, and break it in big pieces
  • Add Dahi Curry to the pan with mangori and add the broken papad to it
  • Simmer the mix for 10 mins, finish with salt to taste

 Guar Phali Ki Sabji

 Ingredeints

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Guar phali (300 gm)
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

Preparation

  • Boil guar phali with turmeric powder and a pinch of salt
  • In a pan, add the Dahi Curry, add guar phali and simmer for 5 mins
  • Salt to taste

Dahi Aloo 

Ingredients

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Baby Potatoes (300 gm) 

Preparation 

  • Boil potatoes and peep off the skin
  • In a pan, add the Dahi Curry and potatoes and simmer for 5 mins
  • Salt to taste

Methi Dahi Murg

Ingredients 

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Chicken (350 gm)
  • Oil (1 spoon)
  • Kasturi Methi (1 teaspoon)

Preparation

  • In a pan, heat oil, add diced chicken and stir fry the mix
  • Once done, add just enough water and let the chicken boil
  • Add Kasturi methi once the chicken is done, and add Dahi Curry
  • Simmer for 5 mins, salt to taste 

Bhuna Dahi Ghost 

Ingredients

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Mutton (350 gm)
  • Oil (1 spoon)
  • Onions (50 gm)
  • Garlic (10 gm)
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin 

Preparation

  • In a pan, heat oil, cumin and sauté onions and garlic till translucent
  • Add turmeric and red chilli powder to the mix
  • Add mutton and grill both sides, Add water and let the meat boil for 30 mins (or how well you want it)
  • Add Dahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste and simmer the mix for 5 mins
  • Salt to taste

 Methi Fish Curry 

Ingredients 

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • Fish of choice (300 gm)
  • Oil (1 spoon)
  • Kasturi methi (1 teaspoon)

Preparation 

  • In a pan, heat oil and stir fry the fish
  • Add Dahi Curry, Kasturi methi and simmer the mix for 5 mins
  • Salt to taste

 Dahi Prawns

 Ingredients 

  • Dahi curry (300 gm)
  • King Prawns (300 gm)
  • Oil (1 spoon)

Preparation

  • In a pan, heat oil and stir fry the prawns till golden
  • Add Dahi Curry, and simmer the mix for 5 mins
  • Salt to taste
