• In a pan, heat oil, cumin and sauté onions and garlic till translucent
• Add turmeric and red chilli powder to the mix
• Add mutton and grill both sides, Add water and let the meat boil for 30 mins (or how well you want it)
• Add Dahi Curry, and spice mix according to taste and simmer the mix for 5 mins
• Salt to taste
