Aloo do Pyaza

Ingredients

 Rogan Josh (300 gm)

Bowl Curry Spice mix

Baby potatoes (300 gm)

Onion (100 gm)

Cherry Tomatoes (100 gm)

Oil (50 gm)

Fresh coriander

Fresh Cream

Preparation

In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions (cut into four and separate layers)

Add halved tomatoes and boiled potatoes to the pan and pan fry

Add Rogan Josh, and spice mix according to taste, and simmer for 5 mins

Finish with fresh chopped coriander, cream and salt to taste
