Our Gatte ki Sabzi home cooking kit is the perfect way to add some Rajasthani charm to your dinner table! The fiery-rich spice mix ensures that your gatta dough has just the right amount of zing, while the delicious methi-based gravy complements it perfectly. You won't believe how easy we’ve made this one for you - simply mix the spices into the gatta dough, cook it up, and add the ready-to-go gravy!

What you Need:

  • 100g Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 15g Yogurt (Dahi)
  • 15ml Cooking Oil
  • 150ml Water
  • Bowl Curry Gatte ki Sabzi

How to Use:

  1. Add gram flour (besan), cooking oil, yogurt (dahi), water, and our spice mix to a bowl and mix into a dough.
    2. Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Roll each out into a cylindrical shape 1 cm thick. 
  2. Cook the dough in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes or until it floats upto the water surface.
  3. Drain out the water and let the dough cool.
  4. Add the cooked dough pieces and contents of our gravy pouch to a pan and heat on low-flame. 
  5. Simmer for 2 minutes before serving in a bowl.
