Tandoori Marinade Recipe

Create Flavorful Tandoori Chicken Skewers with a Zesty Spice Infusion

Ingredients 

  • 750g Chicken (boneless, cut into medium chunks) 
  • Bowl Curry Tandoori Marinade Cooking Kit 

Process

  1. Open marinade pouch from the cooking kit and add contents to a wide bowl.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and coat it well with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 25-30 mins. 
  3. On long wooden skewers or metal skewers, thread the chicken pieces one by one. Add the chicken pieces and cook on each side for 2 mins.   
  4. Cook till over a grill or an oven for 12-15 mins or until well done. 
  5. Once cooked, take off the heat and sprinkle it with our spice mix provided in the cooking kit. 
  6. Serve on a platter. Optionally squeeze some fresh lemon juice over it. 

Best enjoyed alongside mint chutney. 

Shahi Curry Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 15ml Cooking Oil
  • 150g Prawns 
  • Bowl Curry Shahi Curry Cooking Kit 

Process

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. 
  2. Add the prawns and cook on each side for 1 min or until just done. 
  3. Now add the contents of our curry pouch from the cooking kit. Season with the spice mix provided in the cooking kit as per your taste. 
  1. Simmer on low-heat for 2mins. 
  2. Serve in a bowl. Optionally you can garnish the dish with a little coconut cream drizzled on top. 

Best enjoyed with steamed rice. 

Rajasthani Curry Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 100g Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 15g Yogurt (Dahi)
  • 15ml Cooking Oil  
  • 150ml Water
  • Bowl Curry Rajasthani Curry Cooking Kit 

Process

  1. Add gram flour (besan), cooking oil, yogurt (dahi), water, and spice mix packet provided in the cooking kit to a bowl and mix into a dough. 

         Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each piece out into a cylindrical shape 1cm           thick. 

  1. Cook the dough in a pot of boiling water for 5mins or until it floats upto the water surface.  
  2. Drain out water. Let the dough cool then cut into 1cm long pieces. 
  3. Add the cooked dough pieces and contents of our curry pouch from the cooking kit to a pan and heat on low-flame. 
  4. Simmer for 2mins. 
  5. Serve in a bowl and garnish with fresh coriander. 

Best enjoyed with steamed rice or bajre ki roti.
