Create Flavorful Tandoori Chicken Skewers with a Zesty Spice Infusion
Ingredients
- 750g Chicken (boneless, cut into medium chunks)
- Bowl Curry Tandoori Marinade Cooking Kit
Process
- Open marinade pouch from the cooking kit and add contents to a wide bowl.
- Add the chicken pieces and coat it well with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 25-30 mins.
- On long wooden skewers or metal skewers, thread the chicken pieces one by one. Add the chicken pieces and cook on each side for 2 mins.
- Cook till over a grill or an oven for 12-15 mins or until well done.
- Once cooked, take off the heat and sprinkle it with our spice mix provided in the cooking kit.
- Serve on a platter. Optionally squeeze some fresh lemon juice over it.
Best enjoyed alongside mint chutney.
