Ingredients
- 15ml Cooking Oil
- 150g Paneer (cut into cubes)
- Bowl Curry Makhani Curry Cooking Kit
Process
- Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan.
- Add the paneer and cook on each side for 1 min or until lightly golden.
- Now add the contents of our curry pouch from the cooking kit. Season with the spice mix provided in the cooking kit as per your taste.
- Simmer on low-heat for 2mins.
- Serve in a bowl. Optionally you can garnish the dish with a little cream drizzled on top and fresh coriander leaves.
Best enjoyed with butter naan or steamed rice.
